Jacquard Ribbon Trim - named for the man who invented the loom on which this trim is made - Joseph Marie Jacquard (France 1732-1854). Jacquard trims nowadays are woven using many different materials including rayon, polyester, metallic, cotton, blends and on rare occasion silk. Unless otherwise noted these trims are all cold water machine wash/dry and are colorfast. Please use your own judgment.

YES! I always combine orders and refund excess shipping - no need to contact me - I do it automatically.
Can you make me a special ribbon?
Minimum orders for jacquard ribbon from my factory start at 1000yds. I can certainly assist with this process but this is only for serious inquires. NO ONE will make you a personal jacquard ribbon for just a few yards but there are several companies on Etsy that offer to make ribbons in lesser quantities. Contact me with any questions.
Do you have faster shipping services?
Shipping is a flat fee of $3.00 within the US. This rate provides you with an in-house Etsy tracking number that guarantees Etsy’s insurance. Delivery time is 3-6 days depending upon distance and weather.
If you need your order faster then you must purchase a shipping upgrade during checkout. There are several options for faster delivery. If you have any questions about shipping please feel free to contact me.
Upgrades are quoted HIGH since I don't know the weight of the order till it's been submitted but excess monies will be refunded. Upgrades are NOT REFUNDABLE if you choose to return an item.
My order is showing "Pre-Transit" - what does that mean?
Items shipped as "flats" are assigned an in-house tracking number that is unique to Etsy. The post office does not have tracking for this package on their website but you can find tracking information within your order. This number is proof of shipping & guarantees your order is insured.
How fast do you ship out orders?
Orders ship within 1-3 days. If a delay is expected I will contact you.
Who pays return shipping if I change my mind?
I PAY RETURN SHIPPING FEES IN THE USA. International orders are responsible for their own returns. Depending upon how much of the order you return I will "pro-rate" the return shipping. If you return the entire order I pay all costs. If you return part of the order then we will share in the expense. Contact me if you want to know more.
The reason for the return is not important - if you don't love it then send it back. Someone else can use it! Request a return/pre-paid label. It's a simple, fast & easy process for the buyer. Special order ribbons are not returnable so please request a free sample to be sure it will work for you.
NOTE: Shipping upgrades are not refundable.
International Sales Taxes
The buyer is responsible for any and all import taxes connected with their sale. Each country is different - I have nothing to do with these taxes.
FREE SHIPPING Promotion
Shipping method used for "free shipping promotion" is at my discretion and is usually shipped as a flat unless it is a larger box. If you wish it shipped faster than you will need to pay for a shipping upgrade during checkout.

This was by far THE BEST Etsy transaction I've ever had. Seller was short of the amount of a certain ribbon I bought and messaged me right away to let me know. They were super nice about it and asked if I was ok with getting the amount I purchased in another design. (It was about a yard or 2) and after a really great conversation I said surprise me. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH WHAT WAS GIVEN! I'm definitely going to be a customer of this shop for as long as they are open!! Great selection, prices, and outstanding service! I cannot wait to make some shirts/dresses with the ribbons I received. I wish I could give more then 5 stars!!
